The Great Wall!

THE GREAT WALL

1. Now go back in time. You are one of Qin Shihuangdi's officials sent to check on the progress of the Wall. Write a report for the Emperor. Praise his achievements, justify its constuction and describe the work completed so far.
Svar: Her har jeg min ( Sofias) :

Dear Emperor.

The Great Wall is so far well completed. But it is not finished yet. And The Great Wall is high enough to protect us ( and long ).
But we have a problem! We dont have enough food. We dont have anyone to make the food. Should we not take some of the workers, to make the food?

2. As one of the suffering peasants labouring on the wall, produce either a letter smuggled to your family, or a hidden picture with notes, conveying impressions of the wall, your work and conditions.
Svar: Sofias brev..

Kære Familie.

Jeg arbejder utroligt hårdt og jeg ville ønske jeg var hjemme hos jer. Jeg savner jer helt vildt meget. Vi har ikke så meget mad men det går nok. Far skal nok overleve.
Hilsen
Far.

3. One day you may visit China and the Great Wall. Until you do (or in case you don't), using the information above, write and design a page for a present-day tourist guide to the Great Wall. Make sure you include its historical  features.
Svar: The Great Wall and China.
Welcome to China. Here you are in a land of lots of histories. Fx: The Great Wall. The Great Wall was built in 221 BC. They built it so them who wanted to have a war with them or something, could not come over the wall. The wall was built out of stone and clay. The wall was higher then a bouble-decker bus. Alot of people died because there were not enoygh food and places where they could live. Those people that died, they were put into the wall.
